đź“– Plot Summary
No Time to Die begins with James Bond in retirement in Jamaica, trying to live a peaceful life with Madeleine Swann. But when a bioweapon called Project Heracles is stolen from an MI6 lab, Bond is pulled back into action.
Bond discovers that Heracles is a nanobot virus capable of targeting specific DNA—making it a precision-killing weapon that can wipe out entire bloodlines. The weapon falls into the hands of Lyutsifer Safin, a scarred and vengeful terrorist with a grudge against both SPECTRE and MI6.
Bond reluctantly teams up with Nomi, the new 007, and reconnects with CIA ally Felix Leiter to track down the virus. Along the way, Bond learns that Madeleine has a personal connection to Safin, and she is hiding a daughter, Mathilde, who may be his child.
As the virus spreads and the global threat escalates, Bond tracks Safin to a remote island fortress, where the villain plans to release Heracles worldwide. Bond successfully foils the plot, killing Safin in the process—but not before being infected with the virus targeting Madeleine and Mathilde's DNA.
Realizing he can never touch them again without killing them, Bond sacrifices himself, staying behind to ensure the facility is destroyed by a missile strike.
The film ends with Madeleine driving off with Mathilde, telling her the story of a man named James Bond.
