Oblivion 2 (2026)

 Humanity's Final Mission

Oblivion 2 (2026) picks up where the original 2013 film left off, expanding the mysterious, fractured world of Earth after alien invasion and human exile. Directed once again by Joseph Kosinski (Top Gun: Maverick, TRON: Legacy), this visually stunning sequel dives deeper into the existential questions raised in the original: What defines a person? A memory? A soul?

Tom Cruise returns as Jack Harper — or rather, one version of him. As the remnants of Earth struggle to rebuild, a new threat looms — not from the skies, but from within the remnants of the human clones themselves.

 The Story

Years after the destruction of the alien Tet, Earth is slowly healing. Jack Harper Clone 49 now lives in peace with Julia in a hidden valley, while scattered human survivors begin reclaiming what's left of civilization.

But their fragile peace is shattered when a mysterious signal from deep space reactivates dormant Tet code inside surviving Jack clones — triggering a new wave of violent awakenings. Jack must journey across a desolate Earth and beyond, seeking the original Jack Harper’s lost memories, now buried in a forgotten outpost on Titan’s moon.

There, he discovers a devastating truth: the Tet was only the scout ship... and its creators are coming.
