Red Notice 2 – What We Know So Far

Following the global success of the 2021 action-comedy Red Notice, starring Dwayne Johnson, Ryan Reynolds, and Gal Gadot, fans are eagerly awaiting the release of Red Notice 2. The original film, filled with thrilling heists, witty banter, and unexpected twists, became one of Netflix’s most-watched original movies of all time. Due to its popularity, Netflix announced plans for not just one, but two sequels – Red Notice 2 and Red Notice 3 – reportedly to be filmed back-to-back.

While official plot details for Red Notice 2 have not yet been released, the sequel is expected to continue the adventures of FBI profiler John Hartley (Johnson), conman Nolan Booth (Reynolds), and master thief The Bishop (Gadot). At the end of the first movie, the three characters reluctantly formed a trio of partners in crime, setting the stage for even bigger heists and more elaborate betrayals.

Fans can expect more globe-trotting action, clever dialogue, and a deeper dive into the trio’s dynamic. Filming was reportedly delayed due to scheduling conflicts and the 2023 writers’ and actors’ strikes, but updates suggest that production may begin soon..
