• “The Viper”, a cybercriminal mastermind and former ally of Mr. Snake.

• Agent Clawson, a no-nonsense feline special agent voiced by Awkwafina.

• Mayor Foxwell, a tech-savvy, charismatic new mayor who may have her own secrets.

Returning voice cast includes Sam Rockwell, Marc Maron, Craig Robinson, Anthony Ramos, and Zazie Beetz as Diane Foxington, now head of a new agency that keeps ex-villains in check.
